Service includes voicing, regulation, and labor for all minor to moderate repairs (parts are extra if required).

If you request fine voicing and regulation, or your piano requires repair, a visit may take extra time, but at no extra cost to you. Continuing visits become increasingly faster as your piano will become easier to work on with regular service. Your piano will also sound better with each visit if tuning is performed within the recommended tuning periods.

It is recommended by all manufacturers that a piano should be serviced in a period of no less than 6 months to a year to keep your piano in great shape.
